IT Mechanics, LLC is a female owned company based in Charlotte. We are former Microsoft Employees with deep experience in all Microsoft server and client technology. We are also mobile experts with products like the iPad. We firmly believe you will not find deeper knowledge about what is happening on your network than ours.
We provide services from outsourcing of IT departments to single break/fix. We also have vast residential knowledge in smart homes, sophisticated theaters, whole house sound and home networking.
Joanne M. Shea
Joanne was in the banking industry for more than 20 years, most of them with Bank of America. In recent years, she has served as Co-Technology chairperson of Charlotte Latin’s Booster Club Board. She has volunteered countless hours in local charities and has helped organizations create publications, process credit cards on line and solve technical problems for staff.
Kevin M. Shea
Kevin is the former Worldwide General Manager of Backoffice Server products for Microsoft. In his 12 years with Microsoft, he oversaw the launches of all key server products and clients. His teams ranged from the U.S to Europe and Asia.
David L. Leahy
David’s interest in computers began in the 1974 when he learned Fortran and began writing programs that ran on IBM main frames in high school. Between high school and now, he has been a farmer, Licensed Water Treatment Plant Operator, Construction Coordinator, Acting Executive Director, Support Escalation Engineer at Microsoft, Licensed General Contractor, husband, and a dad. Since moving to Charlotte in 1997, he has helped design and build out networks in area schools and homes. MCSE Certified in multiple operating systems, David has a solid background in computer hardware, operating systems, and networking, and is a skilled troubleshooter.
